Duties/Responsibilities |

Contribute to the expansion of material sciences capabilities at Aprecia. |

Characterization of input materials, process intermediates, and the structure of finished dosage units. |
3 |
Develop quantitative and qualitative relationships between characterization data, material behaviors and process outcomes on Aprecia’s 3DP manufacturing platforms. |
4 |
Develop predictive models to enable fast dosage form prototype development and ultimately final dosage form development at Aprecia. |
5 |
Provide material sciences support to customer departments - Product Development, Engineering Innovation, Quality, and Manufacturing. |
6 |
Develop and write standard operating procedures. |
7 |
Author and review technical protocols and reports. |
8 |
Develop/expand Aprecia’s material science database for storing material sciences data in such a way that it can be explored and investigated using multivariate techniques, including data modeling. |
9 |
Advise and recommend equipment and technologies to expand Aprecia’s material science capabilities. |
10 |
Stay apprised of technological advancements and applications in the field of material and product characterization. |
11 |
Lead projects for the material science group. |
12 |
Understand the processes being developed and used at Aprecia. |
